Sentinel Plastics, a name you can trust for quality and service. With the past experience of our large team Sentinel has been fabricating and machining all types of industrial plastics since its inception in 1989. Our customer base covers a wide range of industries including point of sale, switchgear, automotive, aircraft, medical and arts and crafts. Sentinel Plastics offers C.N.C. machining facilities which include CNC Milling and CNC Routing on 3000mm x 2000mm beds. Other machining capacity includes turning, drilling, presswork, gasket cutting, saws, guillotines, manual routing and polishing.

Quality Whilst being able to offer an excellent service which has been built-up over many years and with individual staff members having over 30 years experience in this particular field of plastics engineering. It is essential to be able to back this up with a quality system that insures that customers are getting the components they require, not only on time, but to a high quality standard and finish.

For many years we have been working with the B.S.I. maintaining our I.S.O. 9001:2008 standard. Combined with our many years proven track record, our commitment to quality is never in doubt.

Quality and Production control go hand in hand so Sentinel has a data base which helps tightly control the day to day running of production and quality. Each process of manufacture and inspection is updated constantly with strategically placed process recording stations in place around the shop floor, meaning customers can be updated instantly on the progress of their orders.
