Appalling customer service

Karen Bradburn, 31 July 2019 I had my drive done 5 years I ago with Cobbleprint and was promised a service of a 3 year reseal , more or less I noticed that the deal on the drive showed tyre marks ,as I'd in a previous house had a concrete drive done and done my research I knew this shouldn't be so , so Darren and his men came and brushed over the patches and said if I had anymore problems to call them out !....the finish stayed the same but as I was having a lot of work done in my house ,I decided to wait for my 3year reseal ....and wait I did !! On the 3rd year I phoned the office to speak to Louise ...I was too of the list ! This continued , the weather was too wet !, The weather was too hot ! 4th year weather ,well weather was weather !!, But guess what !I am still too of the list ! I decided to email , the email system apparently doesn't always work , I started to get cross ,Louise said I could sign a 2 week disclaimer ...never received Still no reseal , no correspondence nothing

Appalling customer service

Had my drive done with Boldmere cobbleprint over 5years ago decided to go with them because of a promise of a free reseal after 3 years ...what a load of rubbish , phoned and phoned them for a reseal they used every excuse in the book , it's too hot ,too cold , too wet ,I really don't know how they ever manage to seal a drive ! Then their email system sometimes works sometimes doesn't ,basically Boldmere cobbleprint will do anything and say anything to get out of returning to do what they promised Drive is badly cracked as well , apparently 5 year guarantee doesn't cover cracks , so I don't really know what it covers Avoid this company at all costs , there are far better other companies who won't give you the run around like this company
